When will I know if my company has won the award?
All winners will be annouced at the Sapphire Awards Gala Dinner, held during Strategies in Light and The LED Show. February 14, 2018, 7:30 PM - 11 PM. For more information, please click here.
How soon should I buy tickets?
We suggest you purchase your tickets as soon as possible to secure your seat. You will have the option to have the tickets mailed to you or available at will-call. For more information, please click here.

Who typically attends the Sapphire Awards Gala Dinner?
The Gala dinner is a premier networking event in the lighting industry. All finalists should attend the event, including any individuals nominated for Illumineer of the Year, and teams who were directly involved in managing and producing the nominated product. VIP tables of 10 are available for teams including executive management to enjoy the evening together. We also have individual tickets available for smaller teams, or individuals looking to attend. What will be served for dinner? What if I have an allergy or diet restriction?
All ticket purchases have a section to be filled out during the buying process for your entree choice, and we include a place for you to list of any allergies or diet restrictions.
What is the dress code for the Gala?
Formal attire is suggested but not required.
How can I promote that my company is a 2018 finalist?
All finalists will recieve a promotional information packet via email. Questions can be directed to Danielle at DanielleB@pennwell.com
What happens if my company wins the award at the Gala dinner?
All finalists companies should designate a representative from the team in attendance to come on stage and accept the award from Maury Wright, Editor-in-cheif of LEDs Magazine. There will be a team of photographers on site, as well as a video team that will prompt you for an interview directly after you come off stage.
Will the Sapphire Awards finalists be recognized at any other time during Strategies in Light and The LED Show?
Yes! All finalists that are exhibiting at Strategies in Light, The LED Show, or Lightspace California will recieve a table sign to display in their booth, naming them as a finalist in the 2018 Sapphire Awards.
